recaptured, replaced, returned

or exchanged for any reason.

Special orders are not returnable.

Items within DREAMCAPTURES are not eligible for exchange

or replacement if lost, stolen, or damaged.

How do I manage my order?

 

Once you place your order, we will provide you with a confirmation email. If you have placed a special order for a uniquely crafted DREAMCAPTURE, we'll send you an email for your approval, prior to creating your item.

 

 

What is the return policy?

 

Special orders are not returnable.

DREAMCAPTURES and Items within them 

are not eligible for exchange or replacement if lost, stolen, or damaged.

 

Because each DREAMCAPTURE is created by hand and is unique, we cannot guarantee it will be exactly as shown on the website.

 

 

How do I add to my DREAMCAPTURE?

 

You can choose to add four items during the coming year for an additional fee. Join the email list to sign up.

 

 

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive the waybill tracking code so that you can work directly with the shipping carrier to ensure successful delivery.

 

What are my delivery options?

 

For domestic packages, we ship Fedex ground which usually takes 3-5 business days.

Rushed next day deliveries can be requested but are not gauranteed. We'll send you an email to confirm. International packages are shipped international FedEx .

 

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We love love love the idea of DREAMCAPTURES going on adventures all over the world. We'll ship almost anywhere. Special international rates may apply.

Taxes or duties may be additional for the recipient depending upon governing laws.
